How To Raise Your Value and Become a True Alpha Leader

The lesson for today is going to help you understand why it is so important to become a true leader in this highly competitive industry.

If you haven’t had the time to check out my previous blog post called “How To Acquire The Right Mindset” Be sure you check it out now before you read any further.

”How To Raise Your Value And Become a True Alpha Leader”

First but foremost, I would like to explain how important it is to raise your value and position yourself as a respected leader in this highly competitive industry. Never forget that competition is a good thing. After all this is marketing and like in the jungle, it is truly the battle of the fittest and you know the strongest always wins. So don’t you back down, get ready to learn how to become a true alpha leader.

So what is leadership? Let me sum it up for you in 3 key points. And also explain how it can benefit you in this highly competitive industry called Internet network marketing.

1. When other individuals naturally and inherently recognize your true value. When you truly can teach others, give to others, and improve the lives of others. People will recognize and appreciate this. That is what people are attracted to and will give them a reason to follow you. Eventually you become the go to person whenever they need help, you become their source of inspiration.

2. Knowing your own self-worth is very important. This is something that can fly under the radar without you knowing it, but look at ALL the top leaders in this industry. They all carry themselves in a very specific way. They all know that they have worth to offer other individuals. It’s only when you know your own self-worth that anyone else is going to know how valuable you are as well.

3. Constant self-improvement. A true alpha leader is someone who never stops working on themselves. A leader never stops developing themselves more, adding to their value, and giving back to the people who look up and follow them. Personal development and constant self-improvement never stops, so you keep on developing yourself every day. You can never learn enough, there will be always something you can improve.

These are just a couple of reasons and benefits why you should become a leader in this industry. Leadership is a never-ending process. Obviously growth will never end, but there are certain pinnacles of understanding. And when you reach those high points of understanding, it’s at that point that you can share your knowledge with all those around you. So never stop growing and you will never stop leading.

Now let put this in an example I learned from Mike Dillard himself. It is well-known that humans are like pack animals. Humans are comparable to a pack of wolf’s. So what you often see is that a pack has one leader and the rest of the pack follows the leader until they gain enough confidence and experience to challenge for leadership themselves like you, and start their own pack which they will lead. You will eventually build enough experience and knowledge to take your own game to a higher level. But before you achieve that level of mastery there will be a lot of obstacles and challenges ahead of you. This is why every one has a mentor or a coach that leads them the right direction.

Typically, the tribal leader or alpha male was the strongest and the most dominant individual in the pack. His responsibility was to take care of his group, protect them and in return for that protection they would follow him. The protection he gave them made him valuable to the rest of the pack. He could offer them something that they needed and found worthy to follow.

Now picture that you are the alpha male in the pack. You have something of great value to offer the rest of the pack for them to follow you in return. Instead of offering protection you could help them overcome their challenges on line. You could offer them your services and mentoring. There are a lot of obstacles out there which beginning marketers have to face. So, what’s better than having a mentor or a coach who can help them shorten the learning curve.

So, this is the part where your skill-set comes into place. You want to have certain skills, something that can be thought to others. There MUST be something of great value that you can offer. Ask yourself this question: Do I have any value to offer? Do you have anything going on? Can you teach others how to generate leads, build marketing funnels, use attraction marketing etc. If you are really in the game and have certain skills but aren’t seeing any results. Maybe you can benefit from this post I made a while ago The Procrastinator’s Creed. If not, well then you know that you have to change your whole attitude while working on your on-line success.

This is what you have to do. You should fully concentrate yourself on becoming a master in a certain skill. For example you could train yourself to become the best in generating leads. People will recognize your value and be willing to work with you and learn from you. You establish yourself as a leader, someone who knows what he is doing. Someone who has true value to offer to others. I would be surprised if they didn’t follow you, and see you as a leader.

I guess it has become clear of what you have to do. You have to learn and master a skill-set. This is how you can become a leader and attract a ton of people to you and your business. When you become a true leader people will find you. They will be asking you for your help and expertise.

So what I want you to do is challenge yourself to really learn a skill and share that skill with others. Establish yourself as a true authority in that field and master every bit of it. Become the true alpha leader that others desperately need.

Hope you took some great value out of this post today!  I’d love to hear your feedback, so make sure you leave a comment down below with your thoughts or questions! Also I would like you to share your value and let the others in this community know what you have to offer them. What is your field of expertise and how are you helping others making their dreams come true.  Thank you in advance!  I really appreciate it!

To your success,

Hi Farzad, All sounds good. It takes people a good 2-3 years before they get to this stage of becoming an Alpha. It is all about posture also… As you said, giving value and providing information and content for people to follow.

How long have you been in this industry for Farzad? Might be best to reply to this on The Networking Superstars tribe Facebook page so I see it.

Thanks
Gavin

Hey Gavin,

I’m glad you liked my post.

Well, I am aware that becoming a true Alpha Networker isn’t something you become that quickly. Nope, most people do not even have the right mindset to start in this industry. They fail even before they begin. They give up and blame everything besides themselves.

I also have a post about this subject which is a good read for those who do not have right mindset… YET ;)

@http://www.farzadtaghavi.com/powerful-mindset

To become a true Alpha it takes time and a real commitment. Think about it, when 95% of the network marketers out there are all doing the same thing it will not benefit you to do the same. So you have to become extraordinary.. Stand out of the crowd and let others see that your different.

You have to offer true value and become the go to person. Learn a skill and become a master. Surely not to forget to help others. After all, the fastest way to get successful is by helping others achieving their dreams and goals.

I have been in this game called Internet Marketing for over a year now. I have learned a lot to share with others.

There are a lot of obstacles out there and it really can be a battle field. But what I would like to share is that everyone should see their problems and obstacles as real challenges that they can overcome. There is nothing you can’t achieve in life. Believe in yourself and work hard. Eventually you WILL manifest that goal or dream where you put all your effort and time in.

Hey Angela,

I’m happy you enjoyed my post. I see my message was very clear. Self education never stops. Look at the top marketers in this industry, they all educate themselves continually. Take for example Mike Dillard. Even he is buying new courses, book, webinars worth thousands of dollars so he can keep himself educated on all times. Never forget to keep growing and keep delivering value. It is what your followers need and will give them a reason to follow you.
