I will consult with you about your primary and secondary goals, currently list building strategies and other needs such as hosting events, scheduling posts, auto-content building, managing your blog and so much more.
A typical consultation can be completed in about 2 hours. This breaks down to 30 minutes for you to explain your goals, 1 hour for research and testing to ensure the plugin plays nice with your other plugins and 30 minutes to configure and explain the new plugin(s).

Plugin Installation Packages
I frequently install some of the same plugins on each new blog, based on the goals of the blog. These break down into three main categories, Visitor Connections, Tracking and SEO (though there are others, these three categories represent the majority of the plugins)
SEO Plugins
Includes: Installation and Configuration of Google XML Sitemaps, SEO Links, Headspace2 (or All in One SEO), MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer, Additional 20 Ping Update Services
Tracking Plugins
Includes: Installation and Configuration of Firestats (visitor inbound tracking), Psychic Search (visitor onsite navigation tracking), Slimstat (detailed historical views) and Google Analytics. Setup of Google Analytics in blog (and Google profile if required).
Visitor Connection Plugins
Includes: Installation and Configuration of Subscribe Remind (to increase RSS subscribers), WP Greet (to increase RSS subscribers), Sexybookmarks (to increase social sharing), Contact Form 8 (to allow visitor email), Backtype Connect (to increase social proof), CommentLuv (to share do follow links with commenters)
